Come rest and retreat in the Rocky Mountains! This October, join Dr. Julie Zepp Rutledge, and three of her naturopathic doctor colleagues, in Canmore, Alberta, and be led in a personal retreat designed for healers and health care professionals. When we work in these professions, we tend to focus on giving to others, and then giving some more, forgetting about the importance of our own self-care and self-nourishing and nurturing routines.
This weekend getaway will provide you with a safe and healing space for you to collapse into. You will receive personal healing through yoga, medications, drum journeys, time spent in nature, energy work, introductions to Compassionate Inquiry and Internal Family Systems processes, and more. We will provide “just right” balance of workshop, sharing, and integration time; and our goal is to have you walk away renewed and recharged and better resourced to be able to do you healing work in the world.
The retreat runs October 28-30th.
Continuing Education credits are available for this event!

Feeling low energy, achy, foggy headed? Skin issues? Headaches? Mood swings? Hormonal imbalance? Or perhaps you are just curious about cleansing and learning more about health eating?
Then join myself and others just like you in need of a little guidance, support and accountability in setting you up with some healthy habits. What we nourish our bodies with has an immediate connection with how we look, feel and act. For over a decade I have been offering supportive group classes on many topics related to health and healing. Making the nutritional changes required for health is often a difficult journey and I have found that most of us achieve maximal success when participating in a group setting.
In this 7-week (8 class) series, you will learn: hacks for healthy eating with a busy lifestyle; how to incorporate “superfoods” into your daily diet to maximize your health through nutrition. Additional modules will include smoothies, juicing, fasting, bone broth and mindful eating, the latter which will be woven in through all weeks as the relationship you have with food, your body and your soul are of primary importance when it comes to making lasting changes in your health and habits.
The cost for the 8 meetings is $375 and includes handouts and recipes. In-person and online (zoom) options for joining are offered.
Classes will be held Tuesday afternoons from 4 to 5:30 pm, starting late March, early April – exact dates TBD. ALL CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED for viewing at any time.

Dr. Julie Zepp , ND is offering a 10-week workshop beginning Wednesday April 6th, 2022.
By far the most powerful healing I have done in my own life has been working with my shadows.
This group workshop takes you step by step through the life changing book by Debbie Ford: The Dark Side of the Light Chasers: Reclaiming your power, creativity, brilliance and dreams. In this #1 New York Times best-seller, and truly the most useful resource I have used in doing my own shadow work, Debbie examines the fascinating process of projection – whereby we transfer our own unwanted qualities onto others – and demonstrates how our darkest tendencies, when embraced, can be used to fuel our dreams. Take this courageous journey into your shadow side and find the key to total self-acceptance!
Any work that we do in the safe container of a group setting encourages a deeper level of healing and transformation, through accountability, support and being seen and witnessed through our process. Classes begin April 6th, 2022 and run on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9 pm.
Personal investment is $425.
Please call the clinic at (306) 757-HEAL to register, or for more information or to register online please email me Dr. Julie Zepp Rutledge ND
