Eat Your Way to Better Health

Join Dr. Julie Zepp, ND Tuesday afternoons beginning late March/early April, 2022 (exact date TBD)

Feeling low energy, achy, foggy headed? Skin issues? Headaches? Mood swings? Hormonal imbalance? Or perhaps you are just curious about cleansing and learning more about health eating?


Then join myself and others just like you in need of a little guidance, support and accountability in setting you up with some healthy habits.  What we nourish our bodies with has an immediate connection with how we look, feel and act.  For over a decade I have been offering supportive group classes on many topics related to health and healing.  Making the nutritional changes required for health is often a difficult journey and I have found that most of us achieve maximal success when participating in a group setting.

In this 7-week (8 class) series, you will learn: hacks for healthy eating with a busy lifestyle; how to incorporate “superfoods” into your daily diet to maximize your health through nutrition.  Additional modules will include smoothies, juicing, fasting, bone broth and mindful eating, the latter which will be woven in through all weeks as the relationship you have with food, your body and your soul are of primary importance when it comes to making lasting changes in your health and habits.


The cost for the 8 meetings is $375 and includes handouts and recipes.  In-person and online (zoom) options for joining are offered.

We welcome you to Mera Collective, a beautiful open space located in the heart of the Warehouse District of the Queen City, Regina. This large open space allows for a supportive gathering.

We welcome attendees to arrive anytime between 12 Pm-12:30PM to get settled.

Our day will begin at 12:30PM sharp with an opening ceremony that includes a grounding herbal tea meditation.

Throughout the day, you will be guided and supported through various meditation and yoga practices with the opportunity of connection with others. Carefully created workshops are integrated into the retreat so that you may walk away with tools and resources for continued connection and nourishment beyond the day of the event.

For over 15 years Lauren has worked within the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field supporting individuals and families from all backgrounds experiencing a variety of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, guilt, shame and family dynamics.
