The following hours reflect the time the clinic is open for supplement pick-up, appointment scheduling or any other general inquiries. Please be advised that clinician hours are by appointment only and may fall outside the hours outlined above.

Note: Our office will also be closed on all Saturdays & Mondays of long weekends.

If you’re new to naturopathic medicine our friendly receptionists will be happy to answer any general questions you may have regarding our results-oriented wholistic model of health care.
If you have a preferred clinician in mind, they will then find the first available opening and schedule you a time that best suits your agenda. Should there not be any suitable appointment times, we are happy to place you on our cancellation list and call you as soon as one becomes available. If you do not have a specific clinician in mind, we strongly encourage to visit ‘Our Team’ and look through each practitioner’s biography and get a sense of who you might best resonate with. We find that this is a critical step in forming a satisfying therapeutic relationship, as each clinician has different areas of emphasis in their respective practices.
Once you’ve decided on a practitioner and scheduled a suitable time, our receptionists will then create a profile for you with your personal information, all of which are held in the strictest confidence and in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Intake forms will then be emailed to you in advance of your appointment. Please take the time to have these completed before your appointment, as the forms can be quite lengthy. You should be aware that if you start filling out your forms at the appointed time, this means less time with your clinician in consultation.
Finally, our receptionists will require a credit card number to be kept on file in order to secure your appointment. It is important to know that no charges will be placed on your card at the time of booking. The information is collected should there be an occasion where you’re unable to give sufficient notice to cancel your appointment or unable to give us any notice whatsoever. (See our cancellation policy) In this case you are responsible for either a portion or the entirety of the missed appointment time.
Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that things can change at the last minute; we do require sufficient notice in order to be able to offer your appointment to others in need.
Our policy requires your current credit card information upon booking your naturopathic consultation or IV therapy appointment. In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact the office at 306-757-4325 during regular office hours and at least 24 business hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Naturopathic Consultation Appointment Cancellation Policy:
If notice of cancellation is provided less than 24 business hours of your scheduled appointment time (including weekend cancellations for Monday appointments), your credit card will automatically be charged for 50% of the appointment fees.
If no notice is provided and an appointment is missed, your credit card will automatically be charged for 100% of the appointment fees.
Intravenous Therapy (IV) Cancellation Policy:
Notice to cancel an IV treatment must be made by phoning our office BEFORE 9:00 am on the morning of your scheduled IV treatment.
IV Late cancellations: If notice of cancellation is not before 9:00 am of your scheduled appointment date & time, your credit card will automatically be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee plus the cost of the IV bag prepared for you.
No-show: your credit card will automatically be charged for 100% of the treatment cost. (Treatment cost includes: IV ND time + IV Bag)

How often should I see my ND?
We do encourage annual or seasonal check-ins to prioritize preventative healthcare.
How do follow up appointments work?
Once you have the tools to understand your body and you know how to implement them, we may no longer need to see each other and you are considered a graduate of our care. As life happens, you may experience other concerns with your health, we want you to know that we welcome you back at any time for further support. Our ND’s always leave their door open to you for any upcoming health concerns and/or relapses of current concerns that you may have.
What if it has been many years since I’ve seen my ND?
If it has been more than 1 year since your last appointment, our policy is a required minimum 60 minute follow up visit.
If it has been 3 or more years, our policy is a required 90 minute follow up visit that includes the need to fill out new intake forms.
