I have been practicing in Regina as an RMT for the past 21 years, and the passion for my profession is palpable in the treatments I provide. Finding balance in my own body and mind is a strategy I aim for and thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients with.
For the past 12 years I have been incorporating and diversifying my treatments with Acupuncture, which I studied at McMaster University. I am also a certified Executive Coach. The Coaching experience has enabled me to be an active listener; making a safe space and time for the client to explain their current situation.
As a lifelong learner, I am finishing my 3rd year of Osteopathy training at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. My Massage Therapy treatments have an osteopathic approach, as I value a proper assessment to accurately get to the root of the situation. I like to keep in mind a quote from A.T. Still, the founder of Osteopathy;
“Remove all obstructions, and when it is intelligently done, Nature will kindly do the rest.”
My wife Amy, and kids Carolina and Kieran are my core relationship. I enjoy my weekly gym sessions, cycling, yoga, and coaching youth mountain biking. Walks with Aspen, our Bernedoodle, help keep life in perspective.
