His private practice focuses on helping fathers, of all experience levels, navigate life’s biggest transitions — pregnancy, birth, early parenting, relationship changes, and grief. His approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical, drawing on CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Roland also offers nature-based sessions, where movement and fresh air can open new space for reflection and growth.
